Terms of Use for Godori Shoes Website

(Effective Date: 1 September 2025)

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities governing the use of the product‑inquiry and related services (“Services”) provided by Godori Shoes (“Company”) through its website (“Site”).

2. Definitions

  1. “User” refers to any individual or entity that uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.

  2. “Content” means all materials (text, images, etc.) provided by the Site or submitted by Users during the inquiry process.

3. Display and Amendment of the Terms

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the home page of the Site or on a linked page.

  2. The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and other applicable laws.

  3. When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the changes and effective date at least seven (7) days in advance (thirty (30) days for material changes).

  4. If a User does not expressly refuse the amended Terms by the effective date, the User is deemed to have accepted them.

4. Provision of Services

  1. The Services provided by the Company include:

    1. Receiving and responding to product or technical inquiries;

    2. Any other services designated by the Company.

  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for unavoidable reasons such as equipment inspection, maintenance, or force majeure.

5. User Obligations

  1. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and all notices posted on the Site.

  2. Users shall not:

    1. Submit false information or impersonate others;

    2. Infringe on the intellectual‑property or other rights of the Company or third parties;

    3. Disrupt or hinder normal operation of the Services;

    4. Engage in unlawful or improper activities.

6. Company Obligations

  1. The Company will strive to provide continuous and stable Services in accordance with relevant laws and these Terms.

  2. The Company will protect Users’ personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual‑property rights in Content posted on the Site belong to the Company or the rightful owners.

  2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, or broadcast Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

8. Restriction of Service Use

The Company may restrict or suspend a User’s access to the Services if the User violates these Terms or intentionally/neglectfully interferes with service operations.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or reasons attributable to the User.

  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information posted or transmitted by Users and is not responsible for any damages arising therefrom.

10. Dispute Resolution

  1. The Company and Users shall endeavor to resolve disputes amicably through mutual consultation.

  2. If no agreement is reached, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and the use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

12. Effective Date

These Terms shall take effect on 1 September 2025.
