- Electronic files: permanently deleted using irrecoverable technical methods.
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated.

- Users may request the access, correction, deletion, or suspension of their personal information.
- The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14; therefore, legal-guardian consent procedures are not applicable.
